The terms that apply when you book a tour or service with Merzouga.net.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you accept a quote and pay the deposit. Prices are quoted per person or per vehicle as stated and are subject to availability until confirmed.

2. Payment & deposit

We ask for a 15% deposit to secure your tour, with the balance payable on arrival in cash, unless agreed otherwise. Deposits are accepted by PayPal or bank transfer.

3. Changes

Because our tours are private, we can usually accommodate changes to dates or itinerary subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid travel documents, appropriate travel insurance, and disclosing any medical or accessibility needs in advance.

5. Liability

We take great care in delivering safe, quality tours, but are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, road conditions or events beyond our control.
